To acquaint organisations, agencies and employers with the nature and extent of racial
discrimination and inequality experienced by minority racial groups in housing, health,
education, employment etc... To support ethnic minority organisations by providing them with information, advice
and offer forms of assistance as appropriate. To give information, advice and support to individuals experiencing racism or racial
discrimination. To provide counselling, advice, understanding, information and support to individuals
or groups experiencing racial harassment. To maintain a programme of public information and education. To provide a forum for consultation within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Who
uses our services?
Anyone living or working in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. We however give

CASEWORK
Helping individuals or groups who are experiencing racial harassment by providing
counselling support, advice and understanding and how to deal with the situation. INTERPRETERS
Develop a pool of volunteers who help people who cannot speak English to access the
system. INFORMATION AND ADVICE
A source of information and advice on how to access the system but specifically on
racism, discrimination and equality of opportunity. POINT
